SACRED GROUND

Sacred Ground is a homage to the resilience of the earth and its ability to replenish itself. Keith arrived in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta, Canada following a massive forest fire in 2002. Having witnessed the aftermath of the destruction of mountainous valleys amidst luscious regeneration for the following two to three years, much of the sourced imagery is based on barren ground and the newly forming ground cover, flora and grasses.
